Becoming a practitioner

Go to Join ONJOY and create your account, then verify your email address. Tell us about your practice, upload your documents and send your application.

1. We review your profile within 24 to 48 hours.
2. We invite you to a short onboarding call.
3. Once the call is validated, we email you a link to pay the screening fee.
4. Your profile goes live as soon as we confirm the payment.

If we cannot approve your application, we let you know by email.

Clients pay online when they book. ONJOY keeps a commission on the session price and sends the rest to your bank account every Monday, for the previous week.

Each transfer is detailed in the Payouts section of your dashboard, with a PDF recap.

If you cancel a session, the client gets a full refund and the payment fees are charged to you.
