OnJoy is an online marketplace. It allows Clients to discover Practitioners, browse their services, book and pay for appointments (at home or at the Practitioner’s premises), and manage those bookings. OnJoy acts as an intermediary: the wellness services themselves are provided solely by the independent Practitioners, under their own responsibility. OnJoy is not a party to the service contract concluded between a Client and a Practitioner and does not provide wellness, medical, or therapeutic services.
4. Intellectual property
